Dear Our Valued Clients,
The staff at LeeLash & Contour wants to sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding over the past few months. The health, safety and well-being of our guests, staff and community are our top priority. We have been working hard to prepare for our reopening, as we are planning to reopen on Monday, June 15th.
We understand that you are eager to be rescheduled! Unfortunately, we have had to cancel many appointments over the past 3 months. If you had scheduled an appointment after March 17th, please expect a phone call as we will personally call each client to reschedule your appointment. To be fair to all clients, all cancellation calls will be made in order of original appointment date. Again, we appreciate your patience as we navigate through this challenging time.
Upon reopening, each technician will only see a maximum of four clients per day as each client will require a 2.5 hour time slot for a full set of lashes. We understand that his may be inconvenient, however this will provide our staff with ample time to disinfect between each client.
Please note the following protocols will be applied to all LeeLash & Contour services:
- All staff have earned certifications on Sanitation protocols via Barbicide ™. Certifications will be displayed at our reception area. Additionally, we will set aside 30 minutes between every appointment in our schedule to allow staff to sanitize and disinfect the rooms and tools using a high level viruscidal disinfectant with a drug identification number.
- We understand that every client will need a full set of lashes, which will require more than 2 hours per client. Instead of charging our regular full set price, existing clients will receive a full set of lashes at the price of 1.5 times a fill-in rate. To be clear, we will not be charging you for the full price of a full set of lashes. Rather, we will provide existing clients with a full set of lashes at a discounted price of 1.5 times your regular fill-in price. This discounted rate will apply to all current clients who had previous appointments in 2020 (January, February, March).
- At this time, we will not be allowed to offer our clients any water, refreshments, snacks or magazines due to safety protocols.
- Each client will be required to wear a mask into the salon, and keep it on for the duration of your appointment. Please remember to bring your own mask!
- If you or someone in your household is sick or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 such as a fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, or cough, we ask that you do not come to the salon. If you have traveled internationally or to a highly impacted area within the US in the last 14 days please stay home, and reschedule your appointment for a later date.
- We ask that you do not bring any friends or family members with you to your appointment, as only clients receiving a service will be allowed in the salon.
- We suggest coming to your appointment with a fully charged phone, earphones or other entertainment methods to partake in during your service as your appointment will be 2.5 hours long. To ensure the safety of all guests and staff members, talking between guests and stylist will be limited due to mask restrictions.
- Bring your own blanket or warm jacket for covering since no blanket will be provided during lash appointment. We only have thin disposable cover sheet.
We ask that you remain patient with us as we slowly return to normal operating measures. Please note that all previously scheduled appointments throughout the remainder of 2020 have been cancelled and must be rescheduled. Please give us a call and we will get you scheduled!
We feel confident in our new protocol. We understand that many of these precautions are inconvenient for you, as they are for us. We appreciate your patience during this time. We just want to remind you that these restrictions are only temporary and someday soon we will be back to business as normal. If you do not feel comfortable with any of these restrictions, then we suggest you wait to book your appointment later when restrictions are forecasted to ease up.
We are keeping you in our thoughts and hope that all of you and your loved ones are staying healthy during this difficult time period. We look forward to seeing you in the salon soon!
